THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Lola—25, Franco-Italian, and a lifelong explorer of cultures and flavors. Having lived 11 years in Africa, a year in London, seven years in Paris, and now two years in Morocco, my journey has been shaped by diverse influences that fuel my passion for food, art, music, and the magic of shared experiences.
After studying business and hospitality, I chose to take my love for gastronomy further by training at Ferrandi Paris, one of the world’s leading culinary schools. To me, a dinner is more than just a meal—it’s a moment, an experience, a way to bring people together and spark new connections.
With Dinner Collection, I’m reimagining the way we gather, blending gastronomy, design, and culture to create unforgettable nights. Each event is a carefully curated journey, where food becomes a story and ambiance a work of art.
