Presented during Marrakech Art Week, Matter & Process was an ephemeral culinary pop-up bridging art and cuisine. Guest chef Christ Bikouedi offered a six-course, plant-forward dining experience at the Moroccan Culinary Art Museum, redefining contemporary African gastronomy through a sensitive, soil-rooted approach.

HALO was a New Year's Eve immersive experience in Marrakech. The evening began with a contemporary fine dining dinner and evolved after midnight, in collaboration with Supervibe, into a music-driven celebration welcoming the new year.

Season 2 opened with our first Marrakech dinner at The Mellah Hotel. On November, 25 guests gathered for an intimate rooftop dinner overlooking the Medina. Our resident chef served a six-course Mediterranean menu celebrating seasonal flavors and refined simplicity. This evening marked the beginning of our Moroccan chapter, rooted in place and shared experience.
