Presented during Marrakech Art Week, Matter & Process was an ephemeral culinary pop-up exploring material, transformation, and gesture. Guest chef of this edition, Christ Bikouedi cooked as one whispers a story. Through sensitive, plant-forward plates deeply rooted in the soil of the continent, he redefined the contours of contemporary African gastronomy, far from clichés. From February 4–8, 2026, at the Moroccan Culinary Art Museum in Marrakech, the experience created a bridge between art and cuisine through an intimate six-course fine dining journey.
